The additional 4 storeys on top of the Derry’s department store in Plymouth are well underway with the new courtyards and infill areas also taking shape.  Lyons O’Neill worked hard to prove that the existing foundations were adequate to accept this new load, eliminating the need for additional expensive foundations.
