The Client wanted to create more than 100 additional rooms in this development. We were involved from initial briefing and concept design stage through to the final stages of construction to achieve this. The development included underpinning a six storey reinforced concrete frame which required us to understand the existing structure from concept. We provided a phasing and construction sequence which allowed the hotel to maintain full operations throughout the build.
