Lyons O’Neill have been working with Open London Architects and Quinn London Ltd, the Principle contractor on a neo-Georgian renovation development at Sovereign Court, Wapping.

The existing building forms a quadrangle around a central courtyard, which has gone through a change of use from underused offices to 124 high quality apartments. As part of the change of use, extensive refurbishment works were required. These included structural alterations, such as floor infills to redundant voids and major reconfiguration of load bearing walls.

This project is now complete and has been handed over to Knight Frank letting agents.
