Luxborough Street is a new build development in the heart of Marylebone that looks to ease the growing demand for affordable housing in Westminster.  The scheme provides a ground floor community space with 14 affordable homes above stepping from one to six reinforced concrete stories.

The form of the building responds to its context, stepping away at the rear to minimise daylight and sunlight impacts on the neighbouring building.  This has enabled a series of green roofs which help connect the building with the adjacent Paddington Street Gardens North and Luxborough Tower Gardens.
