Lyons O’Neill were contacted by Thakeham Homes to provide the design and drawings for the foundations and retaining walls for this sloped phase of their flagship project at Pease Pottage.  With the underlaying strata variable across the site and the nature of the sloped site, we modelled the strata and the terrain in 3D so the most economical foundation depths could be used.

We worked with the Architect & Civils Engineer to produce fully coordinated models / drawings for foundations for the 140 units and Retaining walls across the site for the project.

The project is on site with ground works to be complete April 2022.
