We also operate a number of drawing platforms, meaning we can tailor the medium to suit the project. We use REVIT to generate both 3D and 2D drawings, depending on the needs of the contractor. Understanding the site and its context is key to every project we undertake. Whether it is the history of the site, access limitations, or the geotechnical conditions, context is a key driver in our design and is fully appreciated at all levels of the design process. This is especially important when dealing with basements, listed buildings, and sites with complex requirements. We are increasingly using 3D point cloud surveys to capture site specific data and incidental data surrounding the site, meaning every project is treated with a bespoke, contextual approach.
